Planned by the famous French architect Le Corbusier, Chandigarh was the dream of India's first Prime Minister Sh. Jawahar Lal Nehru and is located at the foothills of Shivaliks range of the Himalayas as well as being the capital of two Indian states - Punjab and Haryana.
