A pair of Peregrine Falcons nest high in the eves of Derby Cathedral. Watch them, and their chicks here. Streamdays client: Derby Peregrine Falcon Project
Peregrine Falcons first began nesting on Derby Cathedral in 2006, raising three chicks that year. About 4 thousand people came to watch them from Derby's Cathedral Green. They are now nesting again for a fourth year running.
This camera shows the left ledge where the adult pair are incubating the eggs which were laid in late March, 2 weeks earlier than in 2008. You can read more about the eggs on the Derby Cathedral Peregrine Project Blog.
