The T&Cs in relation to our Streamdays service provision
Streamdays is a managed service and the latest updated version of our Service Level Agreement (SLA) will apply at all times, a copy of which is available on request at any time.
Contract terms: quarterly rolling contract.
Monthly charges are invoiced quarterly in advance and are due before the quarterly renewal date.
Free trial available and no set up fees.
All prices and charges shown on this website are exclusive of UK VAT at 20%. Customers outside the UK but within the EU will not be charged VAT if a valid VAT number is provided. Customers outside the EU will not be charged VAT.
A Fair Use Policy (FUP) applies in relation to the number of viewers and data usage. The Streamdays service is designed for longer term and permanent camera streaming and not for short-term event streaming or broadcasting.
If a customer requires for the ‘Powered by Streamdays’ link within the viewer to be removed then a monthly £10 (€10) surcharge will apply.
Bundled Package SD2-UC1 includes the provision of camera hardware on a rental basis. The camera hardware includes a LILIN LR7022 outdoor IP camera, a PoE midspan to power the camera, 30m of CAT5E cable and a patch lead. All camera hardware will remain property of NW Security Group Limited (NW) for the duration of the contract. Faulty equipment will be replaced by NW on a RTB basis. Regarding the rented camera hardware, the customer will be responsible for: (1) correct and safe installation of the equipment, (2) damage to the equipment, whatever the cause, other than normal wear and tear, (3) the equipment being stolen or going missing, (4) return of the equipment to NW at contract end. Damaged or missing items will be charged at the normal price at the time of the incident being reported.
